Jinchuan county in Sichuan province put on a major pear promotion in Beijing, on Sept 29, after selecting a few chosen shops just as its pears are being picked this golden autumn season, with help from Beijing’s Farmers’Daily and Shenzhou Magazine and the Agriculture Ministry’s farm produce development center.
