On Aug 21, Shuanghe Farm of Beijing Capital Agribusiness Group started a production line that can process 300,000 ton of rice every year. This also signifies that Shuanghe Farm has a complete industry chain of breeding, germination, planting, storage, processing, and marketing. The farm, which is located in Gannan county of Heilongjiang province’s Qiqihar city, was founded in 1956. It has been under the management of Beijing Capital Agribusiness Group, which is owned by the Beijing government, since 2012.
