Durian farmers should further improve the quality of their fruit following its growing commercial export and stronger demand for the fruit. Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority (Fama) director-general Datuk Ahmad Ishak said the initiatives of the government and food manufacturers in diversifying the use of durian have attracted more lovers of the fruit especially in Asia.
