  • Thailand primarily exports fresh fruits via Laos (R3A road) and Vietnam (R9 road). In general, exporting by land is preferred since it saves three to four days on shipping times (sea shipping to Hong Kong can take more than 10 days). However, the majority of fresh durian is exported by sea owing the cold storage facilities.
