  • In China, soybean production is primarily centered in the northeast part of the country. Heilongjiang province produced 3.3 million MTs of soybeans in 2011, while neighboring Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region produced 1 million MTs. Anhui province was the third largest soybean producer in China.
